Cross Country Road Trip to Hollywood...or should I say CT!?

We finally decided to make the move at the end of January 2011 and move to Hollywood! We packed the truck and headed out on our cross country road trip to LA, only to be stopped 3 hours away by technical car difficulties in Connecticut! It was scary and nerve wracking of course since we were making such a big movie to begin with! BUT, we managed not to let it keep us down. We had the car towed to an auto body shop, where it was repaired, then drove it back to Mass. We decided to have the car shipped to LA instead, and we flew out to LA that same week. We lived out of hotels for the first few weeks before finding an apartment in Burbank. Every time we drive by the Best Western in Hollywood, we joke that "That was our first home in LA." Our first night out, we attended a FAME Event, where I walked the Red Carpet with Adrian Holmes of "Red Riding Hood." I knew from that night that we were going to fit in just fine with the LA Lifestyle : )
